Edu Legends – Terms of Service

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Services
  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Edu Legends may monitor usage to ensure compliance.

4. Lesson Content

• Teachers may create and upload lessons, documents, and resources.
• All content is intended for educational purposes.
• Edu Legends does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any lesson or content.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display lesson content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

• Edu Legends retains all rights, title, and interest in its website, branding, platform features, and proprietary materials.
• Users retain rights to their own uploaded content but grant Edu Legends a license to host and display it as part of the Services.
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.

6. User-Generated Content

• Students and teachers may submit notes, uploads, or other content (“User Content”).
• You grant Edu Legends a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content as part of the Services.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content.

7. Third-Party Services

Edu Legends integrates with third-party services including:

• YouTube Live for streaming
• Microsoft Whiteboard for collaboration

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using our platform, you agree to comply with their terms.

9. Fees and Payments

• Currently, Edu Legends offers an initial free trial for students.
